My Understanding

So I heard today that labor unions have had a new bill passed that makes it so they do not have to do the “silent vote”. As far as I understand the new law means that if somene from a company is solicited by a union and they decide to join the union, then everyone who works for that company also has to join. Now I don’t know much about unions but from the sounds if this it is extremely unfair.

Of course I could be wrong and have misunderstood this law but the way it sounds so far is very unfair for people who don’t want to join a union.
