New Apps Available – Lite and Paid

I made 2 apps fairly quickly in an effort to help myself remember things. There are plenty of ToDo lists and things that let help you remember other things but I wanted something that was quick and simple. I made Reminder – You won’t forget, and Reminder – Lite with ads. They are essentially the same at the core.

With Reminder(s) you launch the app, set a date and time, and write what you need to remember, then hit schedule and that is it. Now when that date and time comes around your iPhone will pop up a notification alerting you to what you needed to remember. There is also a convenient table of all of your scheduled notifications. You can delete notifications or just view them its up to you.

iSupplement v2.2.0 Released

Apple has approved the latest update for iSupplement, version 2.2.0. In this version some bugs are addressed and a new Log feature has been added. There are 2 options for exporting the logs at this time. You can export every single days log all at once via email or you can export the days individually, also via email. I think by using email users will have a good degree of flexibility of how to get their information out of the app and stored for their records or sent to a doctor. A new button has also been added to the Supplement screen. In the corner of each Supplement there is now a “Quick Take” button which allows a user to open the app hit take enter the date/time and be done. I think everyone will enjoy the new features so Enjoy!

A Whole Bunch of Info

Well I haven’t posted in 5 days, but that of course doesn’t mean I haven’t been busy! Yesterday was more of a relaxation day than anything but most of the other days I was up late working on the new app and trying to determine when to add some features to iSupplement. If you read my other posts talking about what features people look for the most and which ones I wanted to work on you will remember that there were 3 big features:

iSupplement v2.1.1 Finally Approved

I just got the email that Apple has finally approved my bug fix update to iSupplement so get out there and download it! This was the longest I have ever had to wait for submitting an app or an update but I guess it was worth it since I managed to fix a few more bugs while waiting and cram them all into the same update. I also have finally decided to make the huge update that I am still working on its own app. No name decided yet and it is finished yet. iSupplement will benefit from this with some sweet features like logs. Anyways I also just finished a new app and submitted it, no details yet though until its released! Enjoy!

iOS SDK 4.1 Blues

Well I have just finished a new app and was happily going to do some testing on my iPhone 4. Turns out I can’t, when I updated Xcode my iOS 4.0/4.0.1 SDK was removed. So be wary if you update Xcode, keep a backup of your SDK’s. Anyway I found a helpful site that lists all of the previous SDK versions since you can’t get them through any links Apple provides.

Here is the list:

iPhone SDK 3.1.3 with XCode 3.1.4 for Leopard (10.5.7)

iPhone SDK 3.1.3 with XCode 3.2.1 for Snow Leopard (10.6.0)
