Build XS – First Use Review

Last night I tried my Build XS powder for the first time ever. It was quite intense. I had spent most of the day getting pumped to go to the gym and drop my split workout for full body compound workouts. Again I am basing my workouts off of Huge in a Hurry. I have become a strong believer in fast workouts, I say fast but I mean moving weight as fast as possible while maintaining proper form and safety! There is a very scientific reason for this, but that is the general idea behind creatine.
