Build XS – First Use Review
Posted by Chris on Nov 2, 2010 in Reviews | 0 comments
Last night I tried my Build XS powder for the first time ever. It was quite intense. I had spent most of the day getting pumped to go to the gym and drop my split workout for full body compound workouts. Again I am basing my workouts off of Huge in a Hurry. I have become a strong believer in fast workouts, I say fast but I mean moving weight as fast as possible while maintaining proper form and safety! The general idea behind HiaH is to use heavy weights, move them fast to recruit all muscle fibers, and hit a set number of reps no matter how many sets it takes you. I track all of this information nicely on GymBuddy. Since I am just getting back into lifting I am using some lower weights than my previous workouts (according to GymBuddy) which will help acclimate my body to the sudden change again. Ok on to the meat of the post.

Creatine helps to provide burst muscular activity, or more simply said, creatine allows our muscles to have a burst of energy. There is a very scientific reason for this, but that is the general idea behind creatine.
