Injury: Strained Lower Back

During my first week of training with the Huge In a Hurry plan I strained my erector muscle in my lower back. The pain isn’t so bad but it goes to show you that if your going to deadlift heavy wait, you need to use the right form! I’ve gotten some meds and my back is already starting to feel better. I will update with some new information.

Labor Unions

My Understanding

So I heard today that labor unions have had a new bill passed that makes it so they do not have to do the “silent vote”. As far as I understand the new law means that if somene from a company is solicited by a union and they decide to join the union, then everyone who works for that company also has to join. Now I don’t know much about unions but from the sounds if this it is extremely unfair.

Of course I could be wrong and have misunderstood this law but the way it sounds so far is very unfair for people who don’t want to join a union.  Read more here...
