iSupplement v2.1.0 Submitted to the App Store

Well it has only been 6 days since iSupplement 2.0.1 was released and I have already finished and submitted v2.1.0. I hate version numbers and figured I added enough new features to warrant a 2.1 instead of a 2.0.2. I think that is how versions work anyway. So with this newest version I have squashed a bug and added a few new features.

The bug:

Doses Taken Today does not update, ever, this was actually a pretty simple fix. Basically the bug started when I added the date picker. I was mistakenly assigning the date picks date to the time that the supplement was taken before I was comparing the dates, the result? the day was always the same, and kept incrementing the values. Well duh on my part this has been fixed.

The new features:

There is no longer an ATM style number entry for doses and other number fields. There is now a pretty little decimal button on the keypad. This was not to hard to implement but it did take me a while to get around to it. Well it is here now and you can type your decimals the way you want instead of ATM style. If enough people actually liked the ATM style, I may be able to add a settings page to allow choice of entry and maybe themes or something if there is enough interest.

The keyboard now has a done button that saves your text entry when pressed. Instead of having to hit save you can now just press done. Simple and yet it makes everything flow that much better. The save button is still there if you want to hit that button instead.

Well if there are any other bugs or features missing feel free to comment, post on the forum, email me whatever way you want but please do let me know! Also don’t forget to rate the app on iTunes! Enjoy!
