First iPhone App Finished!
Posted by Chris on Oct 23, 2009 in iOS Apps | 0 comments
I just finished my very first, and very basic iPhone app. The app was inspired by my daughter to help teach young kids colors, and keep them distracted when they snatch your phone. All the child has to do it press a button to display the color, very simple, yet my daughter loves it.
The app is currently in review with apple and I will hopefully get it published within 14 days. When it is available I will post the URL.
I am planning some new features already which may include, color mixing, audio, maybe some animation, etc.
I am also open to any other iPhone app ideas. I have been reading iPhone Application Development For Dummies which has been a big help in understanding how applications work in the back ground, foreground, and the program flow, as well as basic programming concepts for Objective-C.
I would definitely recommend this book to beginner iPhone Developers.
